Frequent Issues and Solutions with this Type c headphone:

Problem: The usb c earbuds doesn’t stay in my ear

-It is come with a pair of sponge earplugs, please put on these earplugs before using the earphone, which will ensure stable and more comfortable wearing.

Problem: the headphone doesn’t work with my phone

-a. This headphone is only work with devices cancelled 3.5mm audio. If your device both has 3.5mm audio port and type c charging port, the headphone doesn’t work.

-b.If the earbuds has No Sound, checking the setting of your device. Please go to Setting-Developer Options, find “Disable USB audio routing”, Close this option.

Problem: Microphone doesn’t work

-a.The microphone may not work well if the headphone connector is not connected stably with the device. Pls replug this headphone into the connector of your devices until you hear a “peng”

-b.When the network communication condition is poor, It will occur that the conversation may be not smooth or delayed. Please check if the signal is good and try later.
